Step 1: Are you procrastinating?

It’s called a time log. By simply writing down all the activities you perform and how long they take, you can get a quick feel for how you spend your hours.
Step 3: Set goals
This may seem simple, but if you want to change, you need to aim for something.
The goals should be challenging, but not so difficult that you cannot complete them. Choose the kind of goals that allow you to reach a flow state; the difficulty is just right.
Posting daily may sound like a good idea, until life gets in the way. It requires tremendous amount of discipline and self-motivation, and an uncanny ability to say no to a lot of things.

Focus on your goals, but also put emphasis on developing the habits you need in order to reach those goals. This is something that a lot of people never do.
