Became Internet famous by the age of 23. Never recovered. I write short author bios all over the web. I’m an acquired taste. Don’t like me? Acquire some taste.

I like to think of my blog as a blend of a personal blog and a self-development blog. I share advice to people struggling with something I once struggled with. Or people going through a phase I passed sometime ago.
It’s these people that inspire me to write. I look at them and wonder if things wouldn’t become much easier for them if I gave them some tips to overcome whatever they’re struggling with. I believe things would, so I write.
So many things that I’m not even sure who/what exactly:
People around me whom I know that some of what I write can help.

Bodgan (at Pointless Overthinking)
A lot of the great writers whose works I fell in love with (too many of them to list here)
I am 70 and life has been a rollercoaster. A memory comes to mind, and I have to write about it on my blog. Personal stories and simple times of the past rather than a particular writer stir my soul. Thank you for your sharing your blog.
You can guess my answer because you’ve visited my blog often enough to know: my greatest inspirations come from life, nature, and my relationships with family and God. My sanctuary each morning is my ah-hah place.
I’m inspired by my awe of the outdoors. I hope to one day write in a way that captures that awe as well as people like Muir, Abbey, and Thoreau. Thank you for giving us the chance to share!!!
When I have free space in my day to relax, that’s when I feel motivated to write. It’s my fun place. As soon as stress levels rise, my blog posts become less frequent.
I have been writing and blogging for six months. My inspiration came from others who encouraged me to take my writing skills to a higher level after retiring from 40 years of teaching.
My life has been a disaster. I have so much to write about. Many ideas that stem from the loved catastrophes. I have three book ideas at the moment, but need to finish my first. Love to hear other ideas
I thought I knew what I wanted to write about but recently I’m in a totally different mind set. I’m looking to see who’d want to form a critique group as well.

Can I ask who or what inspires YOU to write?
The desire to leave something behind. I believe that the goal isn’t to live forever, but to create something that will.
Also, to inspire and motivate folks, to have a positive impact.
I knew that about you, too, Cristian. There’s a little of both those motivators in each of us, I think.
It comes and goes. A memory, a realization, an emotion. I write to remember
Don’t you think that we sometimes write in order to figure out what is worth remembering and what not?
There’s no one person who inspires me to write but I find inspiration all around me in life.
The Lord is my shepherd, He will guide me

I’m pretty filled with ideas and really need feedback on future posts. Would you be interested in sharing?
Of course…
I only get to write when I am feeling all kinda emotional, like happy, sad, in love etc.
